By accessing l1febydesign.com or myaibotapp.com (operated by Attract Success LLC, doing business as L1fe by Design), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platforms.
L1fe by Design provides AI-powered success tools, business consulting, coaching, and educational resources. Our suite includes AffiliateBot, Success Planner, BetaWaves, and additional apps currently in development. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
Our websites contain affiliate links to third-party products and services. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products we personally use and believe in. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content or recommendations.
To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and take responsibility for all activity under your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Founding member pricing is subject to availability. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. A 7-day refund policy applies to new subscriptions — contact office@l1febydesign.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
You agree to use our platforms only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates third-party rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
All content on our platforms — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Attract Success LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you create using our tools remains your property.
Our platforms use artificial intelligence to generate content and recommendations. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated output before use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attract Success LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platforms. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
Our platforms are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platforms after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
